What we collect

  • Your email address when you submit a form (lead capture, newsletter, webinar registration).
  • Optionally, your first name and phone number if you choose to provide them.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, referrer) for fraud prevention and analytics.
  • Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and PostHog.
  • UTM parameters from your referring URL (used to attribute the source of leads).

How we use it

  • To deliver the lead magnet you requested.
  • To send the related 7-day setup email series (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To improve the site and measure which content is helpful.
  • To send relevant follow-up emails about our content and offers.

Who we share it with

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM. Contact data is synced there.
  • Resend — our transactional email provider.
  • Meta, LinkedIn, Google — for ad attribution (hashed email only via server-side Conversions API).

We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
